Lac Blanc is a high-altitude lake at 2,352 metres on the Flégère plateau above Chamonix, France, on the north side of the valley. It is reached by cable car to Flégère or Index followed by a 1.5–2 hour hike, and offers what many consider the finest unobstructed panorama of the entire Mont Blanc Massif.
