Order Cancellations
Yes, you can cancel your order for prints and frames as long as production has not yet started. Once an order enters production, it moves into automated workflows and is booked with our shipping partners, making cancellation no longer possible.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@chamonixprints.com, and we will do our best to stop production. If successful, you’ll receive a full refund at no additional cost.
Returns
As our products are made to order, we regret that returns are not possible, even within the 14-day withdrawal period.
However, cancellations can be accepted if the prints or frames have not yet entered production.

Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, but in rare cases where:
A print or frame arrives damaged,
An item is faulty, or
An order is not delivered,
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will resolve the issue by sending a free replacement as quickly as possible.
To process your request, we kindly ask you to provide photos of the damage or any other issues. This helps us work with our printers to rectify the problem efficiently.
Failed Deliveries Due to Incorrect Information
If an order is not delivered due to reasons such as:
An incomplete or incorrect address, or
Failure to collect the parcel from the delivery service,
The customer will be responsible for covering all outbound shipping costs associated with resending the order.
We encourage you to double-check your shipping details during checkout to avoid such issues.
